Congratulations to the 60 individuals that have completed 6 full weeks of extensive training at our University. Each attendee spent over 280 hours training for the 2010 storm season.
Training took place at Aspen/ASI National Headquarters in Lee’s Summit, Missouri and consisted of overall operations, the implementation of Aspen’s new operating system, AOS, human resource training, residential and commercial roof inspections, insurance claims training, roofing and siding advanced technologies, safety, and HAAG certification.
Each attendee was tested based upon the curriculums presented while providing benchmarks for career paths.
The University Faculty was comprised of Founder and CEO, L.C. Nussbeck, along with thirteen senior executives, staff members and strategic partners.

Special Expertise
When you call Aspen Contracting, you will be assigned a specialist called a Re-Leaf Specialist (who is an employee, not a 1099 independent contractor). The Re-Leaf Specialist is an in-home sales person who has mastered the skills necessary to diagnose a homeowner’s problem and prescribe the appropriate solution.
The Re-Leaf Specialist, inspection, and installation teams at Aspen Contracting are experienced in assessing and repairing roofs damaged by natural disasters such as hail and wind storms. The Aspen team is familiar with the insurance claims process and is comfortable partnering with the homeowner’s insurance company to ensure the claims process is smooth and best serves the customer.
Building inspection requirements vary from municipality to municipality, Aspen Contracting employs its own inspection team to assure that each project meets local building codes or International Building Codes.
Quality Work
The Aspen Contracting team includes field supervisors and inspectors who, together with the Re-Leaf Specialist, oversee each job to assure quality work. When work is completed, the property owner receives all necessary documentation pertaining to the project.
Warranties
Aspen Contracting provides 2-year warranties on workmanship for roof replacements. As an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor, Aspen can offer Owens Corning-backed warranties of up to 50 years for labor and materials.
The company’s innovative mobile operations team is available to honor warranties across the 37-state Aspen Contracting area. This is a key difference from other contractors.
